An almost unique Pinot Noir vintage rosé from a single vineyard in Verzy, and without any dosage!

This champagne was fermented with natural yeasts and aged in oak barrels from the Vignon family's forests. The 2020 vintage was a warm year, particularly favorable for the Pinot Noir plot located on the cool slopes of Verzy.

This champagne reflects its exceptional terroir, renowned for the quality of its black grape varieties. It combines the power of its grape variety, the delicacy of Verzy's chalky soils, and the concentration brought by the vines' age.

This rosé champagne offers beautiful balance and great finesse on the palate. Its deliciously fruity profile makes it an ideal food companion and pairs wonderfully with a variety of exquisite dishes such as salmon canapés, refined charcuterie, semi-cooked foie gras, or even as a dessert with chocolate fondant and red fruit coulis.
