By submitting your order via the online shop or other media, you agree to the terms and conditions.
According to Swiss law, alcoholic beverages may not be sold to minors under the age of 16, and spirits may not be sold to minors under the age of 18. By placing your order, you expressly declare that you are of legal age and understand the scope of your order.

1. Order
All details regarding the order, delivery, and payment are displayed during the ordering process, specific to the item and customer. Due to the sometimes very small quantities, we may adjust orders. Only our confirmation (invoice) makes the order legally binding and binding for both parties.

2. Prices
Prices include VAT. Prices are subject to change without notice. The prices valid at the time of order are binding and cannot be subsequently changed by either party.

3. General availability
Our product range (products, vintages, etc.) is subject to constant change. We reserve the right to make short-term changes to our product range and/or vintages. Therefore, we cannot guarantee continuous and uninterrupted availability of our offerings. Upon receipt of your order, your order will be reviewed. Any changes will be communicated to you as soon as possible.

4. Payment
You pay for the ordered wines by invoice within 30 days without deduction. The delivered wines remain our property until full payment is received, even if they are resold to third parties.

5. Delivery
Delivery is made to the invoice recipient or to a delivery address chosen by them. Please note that we only ship within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. Depending on the volume, deliveries are made by truck, post, or other contracted companies. Delivery takes place within 10 business days. Shipping delays are rare but can occur. Since these are beyond our control, we cannot accept responsibility for them.

6. Complaints about defects
Please inspect the shipment upon receipt. Delivery is considered accepted after 8 days. Any complaints must be notified to Bryt in writing within this period.

7. Quality guarantee
Wines with cork taint will be replaced if the lot exceeds the expected rate of 0.5% off-flavor.

8. Protection of minors
According to Swiss law, wine may not be sold to minors under 16 years of age, and spirits may not be sold to minors under 18. By placing an order at http://www.bryt.ch, the customer confirms the accuracy of their information and thus their authorization to purchase.

9. Data protection
Personal customer data will be treated confidentially in accordance with data protection legislation and will not be passed on to third parties, used for external advertising, or sold.

10. Collection costs
Placing your order creates a binding purchase contract. If orders are not paid within the payment period, additional reminder fees will be charged. 2nd reminder: CHF 20.00, 3rd reminder: CHF 30.00, and debt collection fees: CHF 200.00, in addition to the resulting legal costs.

11. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions may be changed at any time and without prior notice.

12. Applicable law
The concluded contract is governed in its entirety by Swiss law. The parties agree that the courts of Zug shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes arising from the contract between the customer and Bryt.
