The average age of the vines for this champagne is 40 years, planted on calcareous soils. It was aged for seven years in the estate's vaulted cellar in Mesnil-sur-Oger.
The color is golden and crystalline. The nose offers aromas of candied citrus fruits, apples, pears, and white flowers, with hints of iodine and mint. The palate displays a pure and deep attack, characterized by minerality, ripe notes of brioche, and honey with a hint of minerality. An incredibly elegant, intense, and mineral-rich Champagne. A symbol of the Côte-Blanche terroir.
It is an ideal cuvée for an aperitif, but also as a food accompaniment to fish, cheese or meat.
