Very dry Champagnes are very much in vogue. However, producing such low dosages of Champagne while preserving the purity and finesse of the Chardonnay that characterizes the terroir of Mesnil-sur-Oger and Oger from the Cazals estate is an art and requires absolutely outstanding base wines. Cazals succeeds in doing this in the best vineyards of Oger and Mesnil-sur-Oger.

This cuvée is characterized by power and elegance. The chalky and saline notes ensure a very long finish. The extremely delicate nose reveals lightly roasted aromas with hints of honey and candied apricots. Ideal for champagne drinkers seeking purity and authenticity. Suitable for an aperitif or with seafood.
