Cuvée Flavie, the rosé champagne from Bernard Pertois. The Chardonnay grapes come from Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, the Pinot Noir grapes from Verzenay, both from the 2016 vintage. This rosé winemaker's champagne reveals itself in a delicate salmon color. The effervescence is fine and lively. The Cuvée Flavie Grand Cru Champagne from Bernard Pertois seduces with the typical Mesnil aroma. The bouquet is mineral and finely faceted. Aromas form an interplay of mineral notes, a hint of toast, and a fine Pinot Noir fruit note. On the palate, the champagne shines with harmonious freshness. It is rich and full-bodied, balanced, with good length and a wonderful finish. The "touche feminine" of Pertois.
